Neil was educated at the University of Edinburgh between 1993 and 1999. During his studies, Neil worked with Malcolm Fraser Architects. After graduation, Neil joined Elizabeth Roxburgh Architects and went on to become an Associate and Company Secretary in 2003.

Neil Dall Architect was established in 2006 with a variety of residential projects for private clients and small developers in Edinburgh and the Lothians. Neil aims to provide innovative design solutions with an environmentally conscious approach and is experienced in working with Listed buildings. Neil has ambitions to expand the practice portfolio and diversity of clients.

Neil is an Associate of the Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland (ARIAS) and chartered member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA). Neil is also a part-time professional studies examiner and lecturer at the University of Edinburgh and Edinburgh College of Art.
