A stand-alone modern double-garage has been partially converted and sympathetically extended to form a sitting room with guest bedroom and shower-room in the roof-space above. A single-storey lobby link has also been constructed to connect the new accommodation to the existing house. The existing kitchen and dining spaces have also been reconfigured and services upgraded as part of the works, which were completed by Madison Garrad Building Co in February 2010.
