Planning Permission for the refurbishment of a C-Listed farm steading cottage and conversion of an adjacent cartshed was granted in December 2006. The project will create a 4-bedroom family home, and feature interlinked living, kitchen and family spaces, with improved access formed to the south-facing garden. Bedrooms will be located in the former cartshed, which will feature a raised roof profile, clerestory glazing and timber cladding.
