The conversion of a doctors’ surgery to form a new dental practice in the Newington area, focussed on creating full wheelchair access to the entrance floor. The building fabric was altered to provide an accessible surgery and sanitary accommodation on this level, alongside reception, waiting area and service zone. The upper floor was also reconfigured to accommodate two further surgeries and a staff area.

The principal surgery occupies the impressive Victorian bay-windowed former living room.
