ALTERATIONS & DINING-KITCHEN EXTENSION

An existing garage and small rear extension were demolished to make way for a bold, L-shaped extension to this detached house in the Trinity area. The extension contains a study, utility and large dining-kitchen; the latter enjoys uninterrupted views and easy access to the established rear garden. The existing entrance hall and stairwell, including the dormer window, were also fully refurbished as part of the works, which were completed in December 2009.
