The project, with Elizabeth Roxburgh Architects and contractor John McMenamin, involved the creation of two extensions to a home in the Colinton Conservation Area. The larger two-storey extension to the east created a double garage and enlarged utility zone with an additional bedroom, showerroom and informal sitting area above. A new bay window to the south of the property provided additional accommodation for the existing kitchen/dining area.
