A former fishmonger’s shop in Leith was converted to a retail/ workshop premises for Be Seated, a bespoke furniture maker and upholsterer. Structural alterations interlinked the existing spaces and created a retail/ display zone to the front, with workshop and staff facilities to the rear. The shopfront was refurbished, and services upgraded as part of the works.
